Welcome, I am glad that you have decided to join me on this, the beginning of an incredible journey. I will be brief.
Yesterday I was nominated by Charlie Lucking to be a teacher for English as a second language in Latin America with Peace Corps. From here I will begin medical and dental checkups and other than that, wait until July. That is the month that I am set to leave, but then again, all of these things are really just set for the time being, and I need to be flexible for any possible changes they may have for me.
I am very excited, nervous, anxious, scared, and ready. More to come as it develops.
Right now I am taking recommendations for books. Peace Corps volunteers serve for 27 months, therefore there is a lot of time for reading, and I want to start gathering books and recommendations. You can email me at grantweldon7@yahoo.com or send me a comment on here.
